This cache has been archived.

NCreviewer: Mecklenburg County now requires permits for all geocaches on its managed lands. This cache listing does not have a current permit. Regretfully I must archive it per the land managers request.
If you have secured a permit or plan to and wish for this cache listing to be unarchived, please contact me through my profile. Do not post a log to this listing or reply to the notification email of the archival; I won't see those.
If it still meets the current guidelines for listing a cache at geocaching.com I will be happy to unarchive it. Don't forget to include the gc# of the listing in your message.

Geocache Description:

Just an added cache in the McDowell Park. Give me an inch I'll kick it to a mile. Hope you like the find as much as I enjoyed making this one.
FTF gets a whistle. Pucker Up and Blow.
Please put back just how you find it.

McDowell Nature Center serves as the gateway to the 1108-acre McDowell Nature Preserve and is the source for educational programs and information on the preserve's natural communities, flora, and fauna. The preserve, the oldest in Mecklenburg County, has been left 90% undeveloped and protects mostly forested, rolling terrain along the banks of Lake Wylie.
