THE 28th ANNUAL ACADEMY AWARDS (1956)

The cache is not located at the above listed coordinates. You must first figure out the REAL coordinates to “The 28th Annual Academy Awards (1956)”. Please be aware of our slithery friends and watch for muggles. We understand most will not walk but park and grab so please use caution when stopping along the roads. We have placed most where parking is easily available. Oh and practice C.I.T.O. if you can.

The 28th Academy Awards were presented at the RKO Pantages Theatre in Los Angeles, California. Marty, a simple and low-budget film usually uncharacteristic of Best Picture awardees, became the shortest film (as well as the second Palme d'Or winner) to win the top honor.

This year also was notable for having only 2 of the best picture nominated films nominated for director.
