Located in Loretto Park. Please do not disturb any plantings nearby. Can be reached by staying on the walkways til the last several feet.
Cache is located in a park that is a memorial to several important events/places/persons in the history of New Ulm. Take the time to read the plaques and statues.
The area has personal significance as well as many of the rocks located here were donated by area farmers. My family's farm has contributed quite a few - so chances are you will see many we 'picked' from the fields when we were young!
If you have the time - please walk the nearby tarred path of the Way of the Cross. It is quite nice and there is a chapel located at the end of it. Also can frequently see deer along the way.
Please rehide as well as found - it is meant to not be too easy. Please use caution in summer months as wasps may be present in the area.
