A couple of years ago I read in the newspaper that this bridge was going to be replaced. Then last year, it got repainted, not replaced. This year I decided it needed a cache to celebrate its continuing existence.
Be careful when crossing the road as there are curves near both ends of the bridge, and while most drivers slow in recognition that only one vehicle can cross at a time, not all drivers have that level of common sense.
