A plaque close to the cache location explains the significance of this area. It sounds like it was starting to become quite the thriving little community. That all seemed to end in the 1960's though

The cache is a camo'd pill bottle. I may have gone with a different container had I had the right stuff with me at the time, but I kind of placed this cache on a whim as I was driving by in my mother's car, and had to think of something to make a cache out of 
! The container may very well change!
No writing instrument included here (you'll have to BYO), and couldn't find anything good enough for a FTF prize , so bragging rights only (Sorry )!
