A recurring monthly Geocaching Event in Lincoln, open to everyone. Local and out-of-town geocachers are welcome and encouraged to attend.
Cache owners StinkyMillers, jeb532, and ksmvav have allowed me (cachephrase) to host this month! This will be a great opportunity to plan a weekend geocaching trip with other attendees, ask for help on those caches that are driving you crazy, trade/share Travel Bugs and/or other trackable items, or just have a nice lunch and trade geocaching stories.
Special this month: SOMETIMES THERE'S PIE! At this month's event, I will be buying dessert for cachers in attendance who have completed the 366 challenge cache -- I'm expecting quite a rash of finishers shortly before this event and I hope this just adds to your motivation. ;)
Location: Stauffer’s Café. 5600 South 48th Street (between Old Cheney and Hwy 2 on east side of 48th.)
Time: Thursday, March 1 - 12:00 noon to 1:00-ish (CST).
Important: PLEASE, provide a “Will Attend” log so we can get a head-count for the café. If we have 9 or more will get a private party room....8 or fewer we will be at a large table.
This location has a full menu for those who would like to eat lunch with us, but no purchase is necessary to attend the event. If you just want to sit and watch the 366 finishers devour their yummy desserts, well then.... OK! :0
