Located near the Scottsbluff/Gering Monument Pathway - a well travelled path along the North Platte River, Grassy, sandy terrain. Standard Green Ammo can.
This is my 3rd Cache placed near the Historic Oregon Trail and within site of another landmark. This one has a great view of Scottsbluff National Monument. The pathway is paved to within 75 feet of the cache site. The cache is well hidden. Park at Gold Seal Park [ N 41 51.155, W 103 39.857] and walk Westward down the Pathway. Cache is about 1/2 mile from parking area. Please re-hide well and be discreet to preserve it for others. Practice the four R's here (Retrieve it, Retreat from the scene, Return it to the location, Rehide it) so curious onlookers don't plunder it. Also join the Wyo-Neb Area Geocachers if you are a local.
