This is an offset cache. The actual cache is not at the co-ordinates listed. The listed co-ordinates will take you to a poster located along the right-of-way of the NB Power lines in the area. The poster hi-lites a meteorological event that is rumored to have taken place over 50 years ago.
From this point, follow the edge of the NB Power line clearing in an easterly direction for another 60 metres to the cache and one possible explanation of what happened here back in February 1957.
This is the third in a series dedicated to a number of my favorite Looney Toon characters, which I enjoyed watching as a child [and still do if any re-runs show up in the T.V. listings].
This one doesn't necessarily have a villain, but as the "event" happened on Valentine's Day, it may have a bit of a romantic twist to it..you be the judge.
Cache is a small container with a log book, pencil, and a few fun stash items. Original contents include 2 TB's to move along.
