There is a big pond near this bridge. This pond was set up so that it might carry out the flood control function of Tatsui-gawa River who flowed in Soka City.
It is maintained as facilities with the park function by Soka City, and people in the region are familiar now by the pet name of the flood prevention reservoir.
大沼橋の近くには大きな池があります。この池は、草加市を流れる辰井川の洪水調節機能を果たすために設置されました。現在は、草加市により公園機能を持つ治水緑地として整備され、地域の人々に遊水池の愛称で親しまれております。キャッシュは大沼橋の近くに設置いたしました。
