Eagle's Ruins Traditional Cache

This cache will bring you to the forgotten remains of my 2005 Eagle Scout project.
My project, in a nutshell, was a simple nature trail on the local subdivision's common ground with a pine mulch base and mixed mulch topper that was meant to last 5 years.
Along with the two bridges that the subdivision committee built, as well as the wooden signs at the ends and tree markers that we put in, it was a very peaceful step out without the longer distance.
Well, now more than the expected lifespan has past, the committee has forgotten, and I've moved away, so my trail has fallen to the plant life. Some locals still brave the weeds, but mostly, it's home to a few local dirt bikers. That's not too bad, but I would love it if a few cachers could be added to the select few.
General trail map: 
There is an opening between two houses near the cache (Waypoint 1). Follow the fence back, then take a left at the trail sign, and a right across the semi-hidden bridge. Parking is limited to the street, and please respect the homeowners and their property.
If you really want a challenge, then try starting at the top and finding your way down.
