This small series is just the start of a longer one. I’m hoping that fellow cacher’s in the area will add to this series and go further along the River Calder in both directions. If no other people add on then I will add a few at a later date. If any one does add to the series could you please start your cache names with ‘’Riverside’’. Thanks
While laying this series I saw , horses, ducks, geese, sheep and a heron, if you are taking the children some nibbles for the animals on the way might be good.
This series will also link you to other caches in the area and most can be done as a circular walk if you plan your route with care.
