Geocache Description:

Hidden in Salt Springs Provincial Park - lots of parking at the entrance to the park.

We were out with the 1st Pictou County Cubs, Beavers and Scout for a hike in Salt Springs Provincial Park to set up a few caches and to find a couple of the old caches in the park. While we were out on the trails, we set up a number of caches to introduce our beavers to geocaching and complete some of the requirements for the cubs for their "Geocaching Badge".

After we were finished we built a fire and roasted Hot Dogs and Marshmallows.

This was the first cache that we set up.

Cache is a very small-sized screw-top container covered in camouflage tape, or as one of the cubs said - Army Tape. The cache should be fairly easy to find, but may be difficult for some.

Please make sure that you return the cache to the location where it was found.

Cache was placed by our Cubs and Beavers and our Scout with help from Scouter Jim, Scouter Lori and the parents that were with us.

CONGRATULATIONS TO "bluenoser08 & 2000AD" FOR THE FTF
