This is one of a series of caches to celebrate the Great Western Railway, affectionately known as 'God's Wonderful Railway'. This is your chance to release your inner 'anorak' and go trainspotting, feel free to wear that 'Parka' that's been hanging in the wardrobe for decades!
The Atmospheric Pumping Station in Starcross is a relic of I.K.Brunel's failed pumping system of travel, with the system only running for a year from September 1847 to September 1848, before reverting to standard gauge steam power. The pumping station now houses Starcross Fishing and Cruising Club.
Please replace cache carefully as last one was muggled.
