We are releasing this cache before Leap Day so that it may be found at anytime or conveniently visited by those attending the Leap In--Leap Out Event (GC3CE6Y ) on February 29, 2012.

Throughout history, many interesting events have happened on February 29. This puzzle highlights six of them. To discover the coordinates, fill in the missing numbers in the statements below.

C = Pat Garrett, the U.S. gunslinger known for killing Billy the Kid, dies years later when he is shot on February 29, 1_08.

F = Sir James Wilson, the Premier of Tasmania, was born on February 29, 18_2 He later died on February 29 on his "17th" birthday at 68 years of age. Wikipedia says he is the only known person with a Wikipedia entry to have both his birth and death days be February 29.
