Hiloshell & Del: with great reluctance we are archiving this very popular cache. Mainly because we can't find it! It is not where we origionally placed it even though there have been numerous finds. When COVID goes away, we might just place a new one.

When you're alone and got nothing to do, go downtown. Downtown Hilo that is.
This tiny cache is in a high muggle area of downtown Hilo, even though it is at the opposite end of the Farmer's Market. Even on Sunday afternoon when we placed it, there were lots of them just passing by, sitting around and even one sleeping in a car very near the cache.
Hilo needs to be viewed on foot in order to really appreciate its historic significance. The Tsunami Museum is nearby, several good places to eat or get a snack and lots of interesting little shops.
Cache is a log only with room for very tiny swag. Bring your own pen or pencil. It was kind of hard to get accurate coordinates due to the tree and close building, but should take you close enough to start looking.
Upped the difficulty due to the high muggle factor.
