Manor View Traditional Cache
Royal Oak: As the owner has not responded to my previous log requesting that they check this cache I am archiving it. It is not normal to unarchive a cache, which has been archived due to a lack of maintenance.

A fairly easy cache and dash.
The flyover cut off the original road making a cul-de-sac, which contains a few older properties, one of which is called "The Manor". In the winter, you should be able to see "The Manor" through the trees but we doubt you will do so when the leaves appear. This is now on the other side of the road as we've had to move the cache.
The original cache was muggled so we've replaced it with a more easily concealed micro - just a stub of pencil and log strip...better to have your own pen.
About a week after the first DNF, we checked and disabled the cache until we obtained a suitable replacement. During this time we had occasion to pass in the car and saw three youths having a look at the exact spot before strolling on. There's little doubt they were the probable muggles checking to see if the cache had been replaced.
There's a nice little area to pull into with only an occasional dog walker muggle to interrupt proceedings.
