The upper slopes of the Braid Hills offer Edinburgh's greatest viewpoint. The Braids are popular with golfers, horse riders, walkers and cyclists. The most direct route to this cache is from the gate at the highest point of Braid Road. This leads up a fairly steep bridal path and is quite muddy when wet. The hike to the top will take only 10 minutes from here and the views will make it worth the effort.
This is our first cache and is in one of our favourite places. The cache is a clear plastic locking container and has a notebook and pencil along with various swaps. It should be fairly easy to find. Be carefull of those pesky mugglers, and you never know we may be watching too as we can see the area from our house.
As our first cache we would be keen for feedback.
