Glen Charlie Pond Dam Traditional Cache

Thought this area needed at least one more cache, and this spot was begging for one! You should be able to make it to this cache with an ordinary vehicle. You may want some type of off road vehicle if you continue down Agawam Rd. for the other caches close by. I like finding unique, and some what difficult hides myself so that's what I went for here with my first hide. That being said, this cache hasn't been hidden with traditional cover that you may find close by.. ;) Please be sure to watch your footing as there are some loose rocks you will need to traverse over to find the cache. After finding, please replace cache with care as the cover is some what delicate..Then have a short walk to the end of the damn and take in a great view of Glen Charlie Pond and the surrounding wildlife! Access to this area is via Glen Charlie Road in East Wareham. Take a left onto Agawam Rd. at the sign for Yogi Bear's Jellystone Campground at #290 Glen Charlie Rd. After crossing the river there is a sign directing traffic to the left for the campground, you want to continue straight here. Follow this narrow, dirt road to the next clearing after the power lines on the right and try to not block the gate. Also, Watch out for ATV's traffic.
