This Corps project located near the New York state line in North Central Pennsylvania provides a 1,085-acre lake with 17 miles of shoreline for use by campers and day trippers, and now geocachers! Cowanesque Lake affords much opportunity for water skiing, kneeboarding, tubing, and all the fun water sports that boating allows. Not to mention fishing, swimming, canoeing, kayaking and the like.
The link below will take you to an online jigsaw puzzle that you must complete to access the coords. [NOTE: When you're done the puzzle, if you have trouble locating the coords, you may want to tilt your laptop screen a bit - some have been successful with that. Or on a tablet - up the brightness level to help with contrast. As a last ditch effort, screenshot the final puzzle and change up the contrast and highlights with a photo app.] Just for fun, please include the time it took you to complete the puzzle (it will tell you when you're done). 1/31/13 UPDATE: The ammo can had to be replaced and the coords are now 40 foot off but completely findable. The puzzle and coord checker remain untouched for now.
