CRCT stands for Clinton River Challenge Trail. The cache IS at the posted coordinates.
For this challenge, the premise is quite simple: you must have found a cache on leap day, or February 29th.
Don't qualify yet? That's ok, the date is coming up. I wanted the FTF to go to that special someone who has already found a cache on leap year four or eight years ago.
In your log, please reference the cache GC number and the year you found it. Any logs that do not meet the requirements of the challenge will unfortunately be deleted.
Watch out for the slope on this one!
