Go to where the 8 stand stout and 2 hang out. From the phoenix corner take a heading of CCXL,
follow it for XVIII kick cycles to find where the sponges walk the line.
In 1989 Hurricane Hugo decimated most of the Island of St Croix, many of the structures had to be rebuilt. The remnants of this particular structure can be found at a popular dive site named Armageddon.
The rebuilt structure is a popular dive destination in itself and has been written up as one of the top ten in the world for its type.
You are looking for a small 7"x5"x2" 1040 pelican case, its contents are:

The max depth here is sixty feet so it is reachable with only an open water certification.
