Yes it is an LPC (Lamp Post Cache) in this parking lot....the question is which one?

The listed cords are NOT the actual coordinates. They simply take you to a lamppost in a shopping center where you can visually find the answers to the puzzle below.

A = Number of letters in the gym "19" title minus 1
B = number of silver colored screw heads in the Lamp post you are currently standing/parked next to (they hold on the plate that protects the high-voltage power cables).
C = Letters in word in the title "Wine and __________"
D = Number of letters in the hair salon's title divided by 5. (OR the number of lampposts in a row parallel to the shopping center divided by 2)
Checksum of A+B+C+D=17
Now all you have to do is go find that Lamppost!
