This cache is at the epicenter of a 3.4 magnitude earthquake on February 08 2012 at 04:16 21 miles WSW 240° from Lovelock, Nv. We do not have many earthquakes in this area so we thought a cache would be needed at this epicenter and any new quakes in the future will have a cache placed if we are able to get to the epicenter.
