Come in and visit the California Welcome Center located in Yucca Valley. The geocache is located inside the building. Just ask a staff member for the geocache. While you are visiting, learn about the local desert areas as well as the state of California. Don’t forget to sign the Center’s guestbook as well.
This is a great cache for protecting coins and bugs and trading swag. Available only during open hours of the welcome center, which currently are Hours:
Mon-Fri: 9 am to 4 pm
Sat: 9 am to 2 pm
Sun: 12:30 to 4:30 pm (closed Jul-Aug)
Closed Thanksgiving, Christmas,
News Year's Day and Easter.
Many thanks to the staff at the welcome center for hosting this cache. When you sign the log, please list your hometown. The welcome center gets visitors from all around the world.
