No need for any major rock climbing exercise, though you do need to step up from the road level. The cache is a camo nano in plain view ... don't lose it when you put it down to sign the log.
While this area is a major tourist destination and boasts a variety of dining establishments and a residential development, it is still the home port of the Fremantle fishing boat fleet and related industries.
Some cachers seem to think that this cache should be hidden differently from the way in which they found it. The difficulty level is 2.5. At least twice, it has been re-hidden as more like 4.5 ... this appears to have been done deliberately as the manner of hiding is quite different from the original.
IF YOU DON'T LIKE THE WAY THIS CACHE IS HIDDEN, please just put it back and go hide your own caches the way you like to hide them. Leave my cache as it is.
