a bison in a hideyhole - look out for the magnificent Peacocks on your way to this one...
The 4th cache in a lovely walk around the countryside of Kirstead, approx. 1.5 miles, a series of 7 caches so far. The walk is on public footpaths and quiet country roads. Not suitable for pushchairs or wheelchairs in places.
Permission has been given to park at Kirstead Church Car Park, please be respectful of the local residents attending the Church Service on some Sunday mornings.
***IF YOU ARE WALKING THIS ROUTE BACK TO FRONT - FROM HERE TO THE NEXT CACHE YOU WILL TURN LEFT THROUGH THE GARDEN OF NO. 34. THERE IS NO MARKED PATH ONCE YOU'RE IN THE GARDEN, JUST STAY NEXT TO THE FENCE. THE OWNER IS FRIENDLY! PLEASE ENSURE THAT ALL GATES ARE CLOSED BEHIND YOU. ONCE THROUGH GO STRAIGHT ON TOWARDS THE NEXT CACHE***
PLEASE NOTE..... I walked the route last night (26.08.14) and it is very difficult to walk between "Time Travel" and "A Stilish cache". I just about managed but it was very boggy in places and had to fight my way through 6ft tall plants. Enter at your own peril!
*** CONGRATULATIONS TO SKEPPERS FOR FIRST TO FIND ***
