GS - Shiny & New Traditional Cache

This cache is one of a hundred caches placed in honor of the Girl Scout's 100th anniversary.
My good friend, Mama Jane, is very involved in Girl Scouting. When she mentioned placing 100 caches for the anniversary, I immediately said "count me in".
Those who know me know I like caches that are "shiny & new" (although I've never met a cache I didn't like) so when I passed this area this morning, I thought it only fitting to hide a cache here. Nothing difficult about this one.
