Close your eyes when you get to this location and listen to all of the sounds around you. You will hear cars driving overhead, people talking at the nearby apartments and restaurants, and maybe even a train passing by. And did I mention the pigeons? Okay, maybe you shouldn't close your eyes for too long. . . and don't look up either. Just find this cache quickly and don't get "hit." 
This cache is NOT located on the entrance/exit ramp to the Interstate. You will have to look in the parking lot UNDER the busy roads.
