akerdoc: This one is gone and the host doesn't seem very friendly for placing another one so I am going to archive it. Thank you to all who have braved the drive up Skyline to find it.

This should be an easy find. It is a camouflaged Bison tube. Please do not park in the middle of Canyon View Drive. Despite all the "No Trespassing" signs, this is not on private property.
This cache has a great view of the Anchorage Bowl. It is worth the drive to see the view, especially in the evening for a beautiful sunset. Congratulations to CavyGuy for another FTF. You have been the FTF on all of my Alaska caches! This should be easily found even in the winter. DO NOT PARK IN THE MIDDLE OF CANYON VIEW DRIVE!
