Located in Kowhai Park, one of many vantage points around Wellington City. Easy access from Arizona Grove, or more adventurous access from path opposite 242 Mitchell Street. The latter path can sometimes be a little overgrown.
This park provides a wonderful view over the southern Wellington suburbs - watch the ferries travel around the South Coast. Kowhai Park is getting lots of attention from the council, with many native trees being planted under the gorse (which acts as shelter for the young trees). Over time these trees will rise above the gorse, and become a wonderful piece of bush.
You are looking for a plastic container. Contains notebook, and some toys.
