This cache was placed to mark the progress in Geo-Caching as a whole, as well as that of team Martin 5.

Our humble beginnings with Geo-Caching had us writing down all of the cache information on a sheet of paper and inputting the coordinates by hand into a borrowed orange GPS.

Later on we upgraded and purchased our own olive drab green GPS, which allowed us to load some of the cache information, such as coordinated and hint directly into the GPS.

Four year would pass before we would upgrade again, this time to a GPS complete with a built in camera. Now we are able to build pocket queries which include coordinates, hint, description and even past logs.

Our latest step of "Progress" has been to add a smart phone to our geo-caching inventory. While not suited for non-urban areas due to the lack of cell phone coverage, it now allows us to have instant information while in urban locations. Gone are the days of calling R of Martin 5 or PaneledZero to look up information on newly published caches.

This cache was placed using the smart phone to mark the coordinates. It claimed to have 16' of accuracy. You will be the test subjects by seeing if you can find the cache.
