A micro cache just off cycle route 4 in Baglan
This is a magnetic micro just off cycle route 4 on a public footpath. This subway is very rarely used. In fact I only discovered it myself about a year ago despite passing this area literally thousands of times. The subway cannot be seen from the A48 as it is down a slight embankment.
I utilised it as a short cut to get to work, but I would not really recommend going any further than where the cache is placed. Theres a sewage plant the other side of the motorway and it can get rather smelly....espcially after periods of heavy rainfall!
If you approach this by car you are advised to use the parking waypoint and cross the A48 using the footbridge provided.
The cache itself is not magnetic. The keyring attatched to it is however. I have put a strong magnet in place. Please ensure the cache is secure when replacing.
A torch may come in handy if you do this at night. There is no lighting in the subway.
