I came acrossed a J.O.E. cache while traveling down south and decided to bring the idea home. This is a cache that some race fans might find interesting.
J.O.E. stands for "just off exit" and is designed to be fairly easy for travelers to grab caches along their route. The rule is that the cache has to be .2 of a mile or less from the exit.
You will need to climb about 8 stairs. Bring tweezers and a pen. You are looking for a test tube about 6 inches long that has been painted brown. No room for tradeables. Sorry kids.
This can be an extremely high muggle area depending on the time of day and at certain times of the year.
