This is a typical TAXMAN 1 hide, whatever that means.
I parked on Dark Hollow Rd., just above where the stream goes under the road below the high tension powerline. There is room for about 3 cars to park on the grass, although typical TAXMAN 1 caches don't usually draw that many at one time, except at Shindigs at the pizza place. I entered the woods and went up the slope to the powerline. The powerline will take you close to the cache.
The cache is a typical TAXMAN 1 container with a typical TAXMAN 1 $100 prize for FTF. I'm also providing a typical TAXMAN 1 hint.
