This is a challenge cache. It is located at the posted coords but you must complete the challenge before logging this cache as a find.
Some time last year, GeologyJohn found my Vigenère Cipher with a Twist puzzle cache. He mentioned that he was trying to claim a regular alphabet challenge using only puzzle caches. Mine was the only one he could find that started with "V". That got me thinking....why not have an alphabet challenge using only puzzle caches. I, of course, didn't do it immediately. Yesterday, I was looking through some challenges that I want to complete on a trip we are going to take, and found an alphabet challenge for puzzles. Just my luck, I don't qualify. I need a "V".
To qualify for this cache you must find a puzzle cache that begins with every letter of the alphabet. Only the first letter of the puzzle cache qualifies.When I say puzzle, I mean puzzle. Not a night cache or the final in a series or even another challenge cache. I mean a puzzle where you have to solve for coordinates. To be clear, caches with the Night Cache attribute will not be allowed. Also caches with the words "Bonus" or "Challenge" in the name will not count. The exception would be if you have to solve a puzzle to get coordinates. If you have any questions on what will qualify, please let me know.
Of course, past finds do count. You can either do a bookmark, or list them in your log. If you use a bookmark, you need to keep it active for 10 days after logging the cache. If you list them in the log, please include the GC number.
Please complete the challenge before signing the log.
Any logs without the required information will be deleted without notice.
