Pep will NOT find Salty at the listed Co-ordinates.

Salty has left because everyone wants less salt. As a result, Pep has lost his best friend and needs your help to find him.

Pep has some clues to a location to help find Salty but since Pep doesn’t have a GPS the clues are of little value.
Solve the following to locate Salty.
