As for Ikou ruins, a lot of excavated articles from the latter term on the age of Jomon to the beginning of the old tomb age were excavated. This ruins region was opened as a park in 1993.
The pit dwelling etc. are restored centering on the plaza in the lawn in the garden. Moreover, the excavated article from ruins and the done earthenware, etc. have been exhibited in the exhibition pavilion in the park.
Hikawa Shrine that is on the opposite side of the park is called, alias "Fuchinomiya", and is a head shrine of this region.

氷川神社は、伊興遺跡公園と道一つ隔てた場所の樹々の繋がる森のなかに鎮座しています。当社は「渕の宮」とも呼ばれ、足立区内最古の氷川社であり、往古は渕江領の総鎮守でもあったので、足立区登録記念物となっています。江戸時代に各村々で鎮守が祭られるようになると、氷川神社は伊興村・保木間・竹塚村の三か村の鎮守となります。さらに渕江村から伊興村が独立した１８７２年からは、伊興一村の村社となりました。神社の祭祀は、かつての伊興村の小西嶋・北根・狭間・早房・横沼・下戸・大西嶋・駅前の８ズシの各ズシから選ばれた神社総代によって神社の諸行事が実施されています。神社行事は、１月６日の元始祭、７月１５日の虫除祭、９月２９日の大祭、１２月３１日の大晦日祓などです。
神社の向かい側には伊興遺跡公園があります。ここは縄文時代後期から古墳時代初期の多数の出土品が発掘されたところで，この遺跡一帯を公園として，平成５年（1993年）に開園しました。
園内には芝生の広場を中心にしてたて穴式住居などが復元されており，展示館では遺跡からの出土品やした土器類などを展示しています。
