This cache makes no sense at all. It simply doesn't belong here. It is blatantly obvious that it's ridiculously easy peasy as can beasy. However, it is a high muggle area.....something I normally avoid with my hides, but it was fun hiding it. Silly, really. You'll see what I mean.
I think once you find it...and you will quickly, it might behoove you to take it to your car to sign it. You can park practically on top of it. Then put it back when no muggles around.
The difficulty is 2 star simply because of muggles from time to time. You must bring something to sign the log. Replace so muggles won't likely see it.
