This is the location of the famous Milk Farm Restaurant, a favorite amongst both the locals, as well as weary road warriors, since the days of WWII. This is THE restaurant that put Dixon on the map. But its standards are as high as ever--it recently received the Michelin "5-STAR" award for culinary excellence, and received the Peabody International "Highly Recommend" label.
When you see this place, I guarantee it will take your breath away. You've just got to see it to appreciate it.
Be sure to ask for "Marge," and don't forget to try the famous "Milk Farm Shake." I encourage everyone to post their review of their dining experience at the Milk Farm. Parking is plentiful, and I guarantee you will like the prices. Return to freeway is also very simple. On most days, it is best to call ahead for reservations. When we visited recently, we just couldn't get in, no matter how hard we tried.
