Geocache Description:

This cache is a fifty caliber ammo can placed on a promontory overlooking the Loyalhanna Gorge. Your climb will be rewarded by vistas of Longbridge to the east and Latrobe to the west.

Park at the designated coordinates and follow the reference points in order. They will guide you up the maze of trails that switchback the northern side of the gorge. From Reference Point 13 it is a short bushwhack to the caprock formation upon which the cache is placed. This route will take you past three other caches, GC14Z7R, GC16C3M and GC3DGB5. Dave Lentz
