Geocache Description:


New year, same tradition! Da Krewe, a crazy family of geocachers and proud members of both the SETX Gang of cachers, and the Texas Geocaching Association, hosts a monthly Eat & Greet event at various restaurants in the Golden Triangle. We meet on the third Thursday of the month at 6:30 PM. For the month of March 2012, we will be gathering at the Brazos Cattle Company in Beaumont at 6:30 for dinner & conversation. We have the room off to the left to ourselves, so just let the hostess know you're with the big party. This Eat & Greet is completely informal, just a gathering of local and visiting geocachers. Let's get together and break bread and visit with each other about this hobby (obsession in some cases) that we all share. There is usually a door prize or two given away randomly (I swear it's not rigged) to someone in attendance. So come on out & visit with people who don't think you're weird for owning multiple GPSrs & maybe drive home as the owner of a doorprize! We hope to see you all out there!



We will be discussing more details of Spring Fling 2012, so come ready to eat, drink, & listen! Also keep in mind we will be taking t-shirt orders at dinner. This will be one of the last chances to order shirts before the event.
