Geocache Description:

Well graded fire road that's quite nice for hiking with minor ups and downs and a few gentle twists and turns. Park at West Mesa Parking Area on State Highway-79 and expect a two-mile hike round trip, more or less.

Very scenic and filled with interesting sights such as burned and fallen trees and broken tree-stumps in great numbers. Watch the road and trails surfaces for deer tracks and occasional Mountain Lion tracks.
