UPDATE: There is only three caches remaining in the series, so there is nothing to solve for. These caches are ECPS Will Hair, Red Bud and See Bee Parks.
E.C.P.S. stands for Evil City Park Series, each cache is placed in a city park across Abilene and 1 near Merkel. In order to fine the final cache and open it you must fine all the other 10 caches in these series. You will have to answer each individual question at each ground zero to fine coordinates for the final cache. The Question is for the North Coordinates, there is five digits you will need to discover from five caches. This question is for the fifth digit. How many playgrounds are in this park?
