"The" Split Rock Traditional Cache

I've walked past many rocks in this area that have tried to convince me that they are "The" Split Rock. Normally, I don't listen to them. I mean, the competition is pretty stiff around here.
This one managed to convince me. This rock has declared itself "The" Split Rock and I believe it.
This formation has been sitting back here in the middle of nowhere, relatively undetected for... ever! It's time for you to discover it.
You'll have to do a bit of scrambling to get near the cache. The closest trail is the old road that follows the brook between the dam at the reservoir and Meriden Rd. You can park at the lot near the dam on Splitrock Rd. or on Meriden Rd. near the Gateway to Meriden Quarry Cache.
