This cache will take you to the Prairie City Cemetery, which has over 1,600 interments.
The cemetery has a very nice sheltered kiosk where you can look up the names of those buried here and find their plot on the handy wall map. It truly is one of the nicest setups I've seen and something I'd love to see at other cemeteries for those visiting that want to locate their distant relatives and old friends.
The cemetery itself is divided in to parts, old and new. The oldest section is farthest north. Most of the newest graves are on the south side.
This cache is a little different in that it is hidden in plain sight. This is a strictly no-trade cache, log only! Don't be surprised to see names of others signing in. Use your geocaching handle to distinguish yourself.
