Quadrater Kalkofen

Hier befindet sich ein sehr alter Kalkofen welcher wahrscheinlich um 1700 entstanden ist und bis 1880 aktiv war. Das sehenswerte Bauwerk ist noch vollständig erhalten, war allerdings von Bäumen und Sträuchern derart überwuchert, dass es nur mehr schwer auffindbar war.
Im Jahr 2006 Jahren wurde das wertvolle Kulturdenkmal fachgerecht freigelegt und eingezäunt, sodass es wieder in neuem Glanz erstrahlt. Zusätzlich wurde eine Infotafel aufgestellt, an der man alles über die Geschichte, Verarbeitung und Nutzung des Kalkgesteins erfahren kann. Danke an den Vorowner für das überlassen dieses Caches. Ich wünsche euch viel Spass bei eurem Aufenthalt.

Vi trovate davanti a una vecchia fornace di calce, che probabilmente è stata costruita intorno al 1700 ed era attiva fino al 1880. Questo edificio è ancora intatto, tuttavia, era ricoperta di alberi e arbusti tale che era difficile da trovare.
Nel 2006, il monumento culturale prezioso è stato correttamente esposto e costruito un recinto, così è stato riportato al suo antico splendore. Here is a very old lime kiln which was probably built around 1700 and was active until 1880 . This landmark building is still intact, however, it was overgrown with trees and shrubs such that it was difficult to find.
In 2006, the valuable cultural monument was properly exposed and fenced, so it has been restored to its former glory. In addition, an information board was set up, where you can learn all about the history, processing and use of the limestone. Thanks to the Pre-Owner who gave me this cache. I wish you much fun with your stay.
