"Kita-Urawa" is a station in Keihin Tohoku Line,
and since there are the National Universities
and a prefectural high school, many casual stores exist.
Cache was installed in the west entrance of " Kita-Urawa "
Many Muggles pass through a cache point even on a holiday.
