You are looking for a small film type canister placed at the northern end of Chepstows portwall
The portwall, built in the 13C, ends here. Notice the tower is square unlike the rest that are round. The castle was out side the portwall, but a wall joined the castle from here.
You are on the edge of a carpark so stealth must be taken in looking for this cache and when replacing please hide carefully.
O.K. I give up, the cache placed where every body wants it as no-one replaces it in the correct spot . Then blames me for an incorrect hint!!
