Geocache Description:

Visit the hermit frog at his retreat.

A frog had a nasty geocaching accident one day which left him with a disfigurement. He sought solitude in one of Hyde Parks old relics of by-gone days which keeps him safe and dry. However, this lonely life is not one he particularly relishes and enjoys receiving geocachers at his domicile. He is living on Winnakee Land Trust property and a trail system allows visitors to come fairly close to his home although there is a few hundred feet of easy bushwacking required. There is plenty of parking at the trail entrances marked below. There is a house which borders the property so please be courteous as the frog does not want to be a bad neighbor. BYOP.
