This should be straight-forward. Because of the short walk, this is not a park and grab. Although this is a residential neighborhood, the parking coordinates will keep you away from traffic and private driveways. When you arrive at the cache location, stealth is definitely NOT an issue. :)
Giving a terrain rating of two because the way to the cache can get very soggy, maybe even boggy after a good rain. If it has been raining, I'd recommend boots. There is also a log to leap/climb over. Leave the flip flops and high heels at home.
